板簧可分为几种形式？

板簧可分为多板簧板簧和少板簧板簧两种形式，这两种形式各有优缺点。

板簧有两种形式：

(1)多片弹簧：由多块不同长度和宽度的钢板叠装而成。多个板簧的钢板堆叠成倒三角形，最长的钢板在顶部，最短的钢板在底部。钢板的数量与配套母线的重量有关。钢板越厚、越短，弹簧刚度越大。然而，当板簧使用时间较长时，各片之间会相互滑动摩擦而产生噪音。钢板之间的相对摩擦也会导致弹簧变形，导致行驶不均匀

(2) Small leaf spring: composed of steel plates with thin ends and equal width and length in the middle, stacked together. The steel plate cross-section of a few leaf spring varies greatly, and the cross-section from the middle to the two ends gradually varies. Therefore, the rolling process is more complex and the price is also more expensive than that of a multi leaf spring. Compared with multi leaf springs, under the same stiffness (i.e., the same load-bearing capacity), a few leaf spring is about 50% lighter than a multi leaf spring, reducing fuel consumption and increasing driving smoothness.
